For the last 15yrs I have been working with small businesses, managing their online marketing with Google and Facebook. Prior to that, following a 20yr corporate career in sales and management, I coached small business owners in sales and marketing. I have a practical hands-on approach to working with clients. No jargon, I understand running a small business.
